Mi estadรญa en este hotel fue excelente, pero lo que realmente marcรณ la diferencia fue la atenciรณn de la manager Annie. Tuve un inconveniente en la habitaciรณn y ella se encargรณ personalmente de resolverlo con una rapidez y dedicaciรณn que superaron mis expectativas. Su profesionalismo, amabilidad y diligencia reflejan el verdadero compromiso con el servicio al cliente. Gracias a su gestiรณn, mi experiencia fue aรบn mรกs memorable. Sin duda, un 10/10 por el servicio recibido.โ
โStaff were pleasant and helpful. Room is clean except for a HORRIBLE odor coming from the heating/AC unit. Smells lile someone stuffed old gym socks in there. Unfortunately probably won't stay here again, as it is that unpleasant. I can bear it for 1 night...โ
โI would only recommend Motel 6 if you are need the fastest Wifi connection. Bathroom is not clea. Floor is not clean. I would not reserve Motel 6 if I could get a reservation at higher level hotel.โ
