All the staff was helpful, friendly and attentive. The property is in a great location. The 2 queen beds room was big! The decor updated. Beds were comfortable. Shower always had hot water. The room did not show any wear! The Bistro on site was amazing! The food was delicious. They serve breakfast, must try the French toast, and light hot dinners.It also has a bar onsite, the bartender, Tammy was amazing!

The staff were all top notch. Good location to get away from it all with some cool music and restaurants walkable and different from Broadway. The pool is huge and a nice reprieve from the heat of summer. Only one elevator working which could be cumbersome... restaurant could have longer hours All in all I would stay here again!

We were expecting a balcony with a view of the surrounding area. Instead, we had a view of the swimming pool. Our room was clean and the staff was friendly. Parking was overpriced considering we were guest of the hotel. A discount should have been offered.

The room had good air conditioning and comfortable beds. The hotel breakfast was convenient. I was disappointed that during my stay that the pool was closed until August 15th due to mechanical issues and was not disclosed this upon check-in. The room I stayed in faced the main road which can be noisy with cars racing by during the night on the weekend and drunk people trying to get into the hotel. If you are looking for convince to Downtown/Broadway it is only a 30 minute walk or 5 minute car ride away.

The rooms were very clean, the wifi could be better it was hard to connect to, we didnt receive the room we booked however we booked through a 3rd party(expedia) and the hotel gave our room free breakfast due to the mess up! Anytime we needed help the staff were very friendly and willing to help in anyway! They have a parking garage no big deal other than the entrance and exit were pretty steep.
