The location was great. Getting on and off the interstate was great. I didn't like the elevators locations.

Served the purpose. Needs to be updated. Not the cleanest. Pull out sofa was visibly soiled in both rooms. Had to be moved to another room due to fan malfunction. Customer service was good though.

Great Stay at the Double Tree
Hotel was amazing with excellent service, lovely accommodations and a very comfortable bed. We would definitely stay again.

We do have convenient parking and as all area hotels, it has its price.

Oversold and under delivered
Though the staff was overly friendly and helpful, the condition of the hotel and restaurant left a lot to be desired. The first room they put us in smelled terribly of marijuana. The second room we were put in though it didn’t smell of weed, had its own problems. The bathroom door wouldn’t shut all the way, the ceiling was peeling off outside the bathroom and the toilet paper holder was on the ground. 20% of the items on the restaurant menu were unavailable and overpriced. The food left a lot to be desired I did not even finish my dinner.

I loved the price and the Christmas decor. I did not like having to pay for parking. I have stayed here before and didn’t have to.

Great night shift and room - poor morning shift
I loved the layout of the room itself and the front desk staff were great on check in. Pros: My mom forgot her toothbrush and I was able to get her a replacement for free-and it was not one of those cheap ones some hotels give you. The bartender was very nice and other staff we ran into were all great the night of check in. The shower water pressure was great and the room was very clean. Cons: it was very dark in the room, better lighting is needed. The tub was extremely slippery and my 73 year old mom almost fell while showering. The bedcomfort was so-so. On checkout, there were literally 3 luggage carts available for all the guests checking out and all were taken. We had a timeline and so couldn't wait more than ten minutes. I ended up having to hand carry a ton of luggage down to the front to check out. Then when I went to the desk to turn my keys in and stood there for over a minute, no one else in front of me, waiting for the staff to continue a conversation that had nothing to do with business. Then the woman behind the desk finally acknowledged I was standing there to say, it'll be a minute ma'am. Without making eye contact or giving me the chance to say a word. These last two things ruined my whole perception of the hotel.

Dimly light rooms
Rooms where on the dado side. Maybe Doubletree could afford more lighting in the room. Bathroom was extremely dim. Bathtub was slippery. I slipped twice and almost fell out of the tub

Lovely and comfortable
Great suites and very comfortable beds. Suites are clean and bright but internal hallways are dim and a bit dated. Fixtures (outlets, lights, AC units) are a bit old and worn. Staff is fantastically friendly and the common spaces are beautiful and welcoming.
