The Staff was beyond rude and unprofessional. I attempted to cancel the visit and they didn't answer the phone for a while and I even had Expedia call and received no response to cancel. I was still charged for a night and I shouldn't have been.

Look At All These Roaches 👀

Insect abatement needs to be better. Saw lots of cockroaches and ants in my room during my stay. And the sofa bed had terrible stains on it as if someone had died on it. Other than that it’s a relatively decent place to stay for the price.

Bathroom door was broken upon arrival, made front desk aware. Not fixed, hit in head multiple times. Bedding was dirty, took 3 tries to get a clean set, mattress cover was stained and clearly not washed in between visitors.

Roach Motel

Roach infested, on the walls, in refrigerator, in bed, in telephone,crawling on floor. Toilet bowl running water nonstop. Could not take a shower for 5 days. Faucet would only run hot water inspite their attempts to fix the problem. I also purchased roach spray.

Well overall layout is perfect. Roomy. well laid out kitchen. Super clean,...except for the couch and floor. You couldnt walk in your bare feet on the floor. So i ruined a pair of socks and even threw my sandals away from the crud on the floor. Couch was tacky with filth. So why would fixtures be super clean and couch and floor completely neglected?

Roach infested . They hide at first then they start peeking out . If you don’t want your things infested I suggest not rooming here . Staff is amazing and she’s running the show on her own but roaches are a HUGE issue and we are just glad we did not have any of our bags inside yet . Left same night got a refund but still missing 69$ from the refund

Wear and tear maintenance very poor.

The room was infested with previous roaches. I had to clean the kitchen cabinets, fridge and any roach dippings that I saw in the kitchen mainly. The tables,floors and carpet were not cleaned. The fridge was very bad, it had rust wear and tear top and bottoms and froze my veggies. Broken nightstand lamp. Tub was semi cleaned.

Unfortunately this hotel didn’t turn out as I expected. Leaky air conditioner in not one but two rooms that I switched to with water all over the floor. Kitchen area very unclean, Bathroom uncomfortably clean, bugs crawling about keeping me from sleeping well just thinking about it. No fresh towel service for three days even though I was down to one towel because I had to use the others to mop up the leaky air conditioning water on the floor. WandaThe front desk person was understanding in trying to rectify my stay.

Checked in 6th of july , room flooded out 2 days later hotel staff was unavailable for weekend, then monday the staff very rude and mean. keep in mind it was me and my 4 toddlers living in a flooded out room. Hotel Gm said she will have maintenance fix and offer us a room out of service smoked out room and we refused because we have babies and hotel got mad. The maintenance man tryed to fixed the problem and the room started flooding out again for a second time our kids clothes and some of our property had to be thrown away. no refund or anything we stay in a flooded room for 4 days with our kids and right now the toilet still doesn't work. This was the worst experience we have ever had staying at a hotel. The maintenance man did his best he did go the extra step to fix but the hotel have some serious issues inside the walls and needs some serious maintenance work. The Gm manager is a young lady very rude and her and her Boss has no compassion for KIDS OR FAMILIES, they just want your money but when issues arise they are not professional nor prompt. This property never open on time. This property has Roaches, and crawling insects . This was my experience with my Family and to this day nor special accommodations were offer for our inconvenience nor our children property and our we had to throw away because of the hotel inability to manage and maintain a good property

Wont stay here ever again

So sad what they allow their guest to do in the rooms. The whole place smells or marijuana. They say no smoking allowed but my room was full full of cigarette burns. They smell so bad you can taste it. All furniture is nasty. Unusable, Carpet is disgusting. Saw a few roaches. Did not unpack because I was so grossed out.

Total nasty. All rooms are smoking rooms and smell horrible. When I asked if I could have a room that doesn’t smell like cigarettes I was told people smoke in all rooms even though they ask them not too. I was then offered a can of fabreeze lol. Black mold on side of fridges. The area around is nice
