I booked my stay here through Expedia for a late checkin requesting a single queen bed and to pay upon arrival. Before I could arrive, I got calls from the front desk asking if they could charge my card. No.
I arrive after 9pm from work and the attendant had a frown on his face and a look as if he had just rolled out of bed. Was not friendly. I get to my room and it's a double bed with a broken tv. I call front desk to report. They come to my room to verify and offer me another room. 2 minutes later, I get a call saying a technician will come fix it tomorrow. I ask what happened to me getting another room and they say THERE ARE NO OTHER ROOMS AVAILABLE.
Overnight, I got BED BUG BITES sleeping in one bed, and so I switched to the other bed for my 2nd nights stay. The technician didn't fix the tv until later that afternoon while I was out instead of enjoying my room relaxing. I wake up the next day to complete darkness due to a power outage! So I didn't take a shower in the dark, packed up went to the front desk and asked if a manager was available and the answer was NO, which did not surprise me because Expedia had been trying to can them for 2 days straight on my behalf and was told the same thing. Do not stay here! I got an email from Expedia this morning saying the management would not Comp my stay and offer a refund for the inconvenience. If you want a Cheap hotel stay with bed bugs, no TV, no power and no management availability then go right ahead and stay here. Enjoy!
