Easy one night stay to enjoy the 10 minute walk to lower Broadway Friendly helpful staff, clean rooms and convenient location. I didn’t care for the external facing rooms but I guess that is the design of the building back in the day.

The room was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and had a good selection. The valet parking was good. The valet attendants were very friendly. Overall it was a great place to stay and I would stay again.

The hotel is undergoing renovations so that in itself limits the score. However, the staff was excellent and accomadating including BJ and Dustin. We only stayed a night, but we received an excellent room with no issues and a superior view downtown. We would gladly stay again, but advise others that the hotel might not be what they expect as the gym and inside elevator where out of commission. Overall, for the downtown area, it is a good value.

Wonderful hotel staff was excellent. We got a screw in our tire on our way to Tennessee. We weren’t aware of this screw until the next morning when valet came and there was almost a flat. The valet changed our tire for us and put on the doughnut and told us where to go to get it taken care of. Wonderful people very friendly. Definitely gonna stay here next time we’re in Tennessee.

The staff at check in was great. The room was just as pictured and clean. The valet were very friendly and helpful. The ice machine on the 4th floor looked like it hadn't been used in years which was a downfall when we bought hot drinks at the front desk snack area because that's all that was available. We enjoyed our stay other than the teenagers that were ridiculously loud, running down the corridor and shouting all hours of the night.
