The location is great. You can tell everything has been remodeled, but it is not an attractive place to stay. They are definitely working on making this a much better place, I wish you the best of luck

Great staff, great location, overall a good stay for the weekend. My only issue: there’s only 1 elevator and I was told there were no stairs which could potentially be a fire hazard.

Room was clean and staff were very nice . Set up strange , you get in an elevator outside of the property to get to your room. It's more like a motel .

Easy one night stay to enjoy the 10 minute walk to lower Broadway Friendly helpful staff, clean rooms and convenient location. I didn’t care for the external facing rooms but I guess that is the design of the building back in the day.

Clean efficient room, with good bathroom. Nothing fancy. Nice name, but nothing ascending about this hotel except extremely friendly staff. Lobby is stark. Older style hotel with many external walkways, although our room was on an interior hallway. Great location which makes the $$ appropriate value. Contrast this to many beautiful but much more expensive hotels nearby. Beware of parking fees as this is a $$ thing for most of Nashville.

The hotel is undergoing renovations so that in itself limits the score. However, the staff was excellent and accomadating including BJ and Dustin. We only stayed a night, but we received an excellent room with no issues and a superior view downtown. We would gladly stay again, but advise others that the hotel might not be what they expect as the gym and inside elevator where out of commission. Overall, for the downtown area, it is a good value.
