“Very clean room. Had it cool for us on a hot day. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Fast and easy check in and check out.”

“It was an okay stay for a night or two or sleep. We had a few issues but nothing that made it unbearable. It was for sure an older hotel that needs some TLC but also wasn’t terrible. The TV in the room was broke with a black line down one side, the light in the bathroom flickered, the toilet wasn’t stable, and he coffee machine at breakfast was not working. Overall it was just okay, able to sleep, shower and be comfortable for a night.”

“The hot tub was literally a garden tub in the room, the water didn’t get hot at all. The shower would not drain the entire stay, we had to manually hold the lever down each time. The Ac barely blew out, The wifi was out in our room 2/4 days we were there. Some guy cleaned his van right outside our window from 7pm until 3am. I get what you pay for, however it wasn’t cheap by any means. ”

“The Microtel Inn in Ponchatoula, LA, said that Expedia never paid them for my stay May 18th-19th due to a "glitch" and claimed to cancel my reservation then tried to get me to pay them directly, but it didn't show up in Expedia and somehow was modified to the 17th which I didn't book. So, it still charged me so I had to dispute it with bank. Nasty outside propery, sketchy clerks. Awful service and I don't think they were telling the truth at all, I think they were trying to get me to pay twice...
