And not just doing little things, but things rarely done now. They happened to ask about our plans for the day and when they heard we had a full day travel trip they made us a goodie bag with treats and apples. I found everything about this stay to be wonderful and look forward to a return!”

객실은 천정고가 매우 높고 또한 매우 넓습니다. 가구와 침구, 욕실 등 모두 청결하며 쾌적합니다. 가격이 비싸기 때문에 기대하게 되는 수준을 충족시킵니다.
다만 복도에서는 오래된 불쾌한 냄새가 맡아졌습니다. 고급호텔에 어울리지 않는 냄새였습니다.

“I couldn’t believe how beautiful this property is and the attention to detail was impeccable. Even the lounge area with cappuccino, latte, pastries, etc. were a pleasant surprise. It’s in the perfect location too, we walked everywhere without any problems.”
"The location and view were truly excellent. Major tourist attractions were within walking distance. Right after check-in, we found that the bathroom sink was clogged, but it was promptly repaired. The breakfast was also outstanding. One downside was that noise insulation both inside and outside the hotel could have been better. Overall, it’s a very good place to stay in Edinburgh.
