The check in process was terrible. I messaged via the booking app requesting check in instructions the day before arriving. I did not receive any response until the late evening of my arrival saying that I should have gotten an emailโฆwhich for whatever reason,I did not get. It would have been more helpful to just message the instructions there and then rather than saying I should have got an email about it. Why would one asking again if I got an email ??
The numbers listed on the booking site and on the door did not correspond to anyone that could help. I was left stranded with my children and suitcases for over an hour in the late evening outside on a busy street trying to get into the unit . It took several long distance international cell phone calls to even reach someone who was able to direct me .
There are other โdestiny George Ivโ apartments all next to each other , all operated by different owners . A simple directive on the instructions would have been to give a landmark , perhaps to say it is the โ big blue doorโ or something like that.
Anyway, once we got in, the place is clean and comfortable . The unit is spacious. Be aware that you cannot get any more than 4 towels and linens unless you pay extra for them. There is a washer,but there is NO dryer, even though the listing says it has a dryer .
The location is central and a very close walk to everything. That being said, it is extremely loud at night till about 3-4am. Window are not at all soundproof.
