"We really like the Warwick, however, it could use a major maintenance upgrade. For example, we stayed there twice in the past 3 weeks and in both rooms we stayed in, there was always 2-3 different things that needed fixing. Things like in rm 1400, the shower didn’t drain and then there was oil dripping from the hinge box on the room door. We requested for it to be fixed but to no avail. This time, in rm 319, the door stopper was broken so every time we opens the door, it hit the wall. The carpet on the balcony is terribly dirty and it needs replaced. The arm on the small mirror in the bathroom doesn’t work well and whatever the small disc is for in the bedroom ceiling looks like it’s coming off of the ceiling. Again, we really like the spacious room but they need some serious upgrades, especially for the price we pay for it. I hope they can fix the aforementioned issues."

"Clean, quiet room. Easy check in. Parking available in lot across street was convenient. Breakfast was adequate and staff was helpful. "

"The bed was very good. Very close to union station and coors field. Store and starbucks next door."

"It was unfortunate that property had an outage resulting in us having no room keys. We had to be taken to our rooms by staff. The did not over staff for this and ot caused additional headaches. My group and 2 rooms on different floors for 3 night stay, it made it difficult. Also, they indicated there would be crecit for compensation and it was 25.00. I don't see that as a compensation. It barely covets the daily resort fee per day. Poorly managed in face of a crisis. "
