This beautiful waterfall is in the hinterland of the Gold Coast. It is an easy walk through the rainforest & the cave gets Glow worms in it at night time.
The beautiful cave in which the river above bore a hole through the rock to create this spectacular scene with the water cascading through the hole into the cave, was a popular swimming spot for locals 20yrs ago though it's now been banned. The cave is also home to glow worms which glow in the dark.

Rarely do we stray too far from the coast, but when we do go inland we make sure its somewhere pretty amazing! After a quick dawn session at the Snapper Rocks we ventured into the hinterland west of the Gold coast through some gorgeous winding roads on route to Natural Arch. A favourite spot from our trip around Australia all those years ago (its been 14 years since that journey…I reckon nearly time for another lap) The Natural Bridge has this amazing waterfall that plunges into a dark cave and is surround by mystical rainforest vegetation. If you haven’t been there, call in next time you are up the coast, its worth it! #roadtrip #waterfalls #nationalpark
