"I/we needed a room on the bottom floor because of all the things I bring to keep my Special Needs Daughter comfortable...Unfortunately they were fully booked and the only ground floor room left was a pet friendly room that had a bad odor of dog urine...housekeeping was happy to give me some deoderizer but it still didn't get rid of the smell so I got something from the tore to help cover the smell...as soon as they had another room available management offered it to us to switch room but it would have been a big job to pack, move and unpack again. .management understood and offered me an adjustment on my bill to compensate for the inconvenience which I found to be completely fair and everything they did showed me that they cared for me/us as customers We Love staying at this property because of its location, and has the Friendliest Employees on the River! I've made so many GREAT MEMORIES with my daughter here over the past 10+ years I'm looking forward to the next 10 years! I would like to THANK Amber for going Above and Beyond ...Plus all the employees who treat my daughter Sabrina like the Rock Star She is!!"

"The toilet in my room flooded. I couldn’t get facility maintenance on the phon to assist with the plumbing. Placed on hold three times for more than 10 minute before I was finally told it would be better to just go down to the front desk to request help. At the front desk the lady was very short with me as u explained my issue. WOW!"
