Dear Eloise,You had booked a Garden Room that is across the street from the beach, upon arrival you had indicated that you did not want to be across the street from the beach. You proceed to pay for an upgrade to the Superior Room on the beachside of the property. The Superior Room comes on the second and third floor only we only have availability on the third floor, hence you were told that the room available is on the third floor which you accepted. We had a second floor that becomes available on your second night and we room changed you since you wanted a second floor and you had issues with your the room you were staying.We are so sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Dear Muriel,So sorry we did not meet your expectations.You booked your reservation through Expedia.com Group, and we received your reservation for a 2 Bedroom Villa requesting 2 double beds in the master bedroom. We accommodated your request as per your reservation for the 2 double beds in the master bedroom. Our 2 Bedroom Villas can come with either 2 double beds or 1 king bed in the master bedroom. The correct category was given to you, upon check out you told us that you were given the wrong room. You also complained that the beds were hard the day after you checked in which we will review.You complained that the security kept shutting off the water every 10 minutes, which is not the case; I explained that due to extreme drought conditions affecting the entire island, severe water restrictions are in place where the supply from the main is locked off between the hours of 10:00pm and 5:00 am nightly. However, we do have standby water tanks but must again apologize for the brief periods of intermittent disruption experienced. You stated that the security deposit was US300.00 and was advised on check-in that it is US300.00 per room since you are staying in a 2 Bedroom Villa it is counted as 2 rooms, thus US600.00 was done as a Pre-Auth, which is a hold on your card, and this was reversed on your departure from the resort.Unfortunately, the Restaurant did not receive a complaint regarding breakfast with the Steak and Eggs at the time, which would have given us the opportunity to address to issue. At the restaurant all our menu options are priced, therefore, this will give the customer the cost of a meal before an order.One Love from the Rondel village Family.
