Everything was perfect: We got an upgrade to a well appointed suite which made it special. Dinner was outstanding, as was the service. Breakfast was excellent. It’s a short and inexpensive taxi ride, and well worth it, compared to the noisy crowded downtown.”

“This stay is on a floating island in Lake titicaca. As an experience it is amazing. However, be prepared that they only accept cash, the rooms are not heated, our stay on October 3rd 2024 was extremely cold. Nestor is a pleasant host, and gave us a tour of Uros island on our way back to shore. Note that the showers have limited access to hot water, and the toilet is a dry toilet, also there is no WiFi and limited cellular signal. Over all, the view and experience are amazing, but be prepared for...

“We maintain contact with the person in the hotel before arrive, but the boat delays 20 minutes or more to pick me up at the port. The pictures of the website do not reflect the place. There is NO restaurant in there, niether Hot water Nor heating in the room. With the temperature at 5 centigrades or less. I left the hotel the next morning. No BUFFET BREAKFAST. To much lies”

“The staff was nice but they speak little to no English. The location is nice and close to many shops and the city center. The room was clean, however, the water takes at least five minutes of running to warm and the room was FREEZING!!! They did not turn on the heat and the lows were in the 30’s. The four blankets on the bed were not enough to keep warm. ”
