"I loved the old, quaint building which was beautifully appointed as a hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The garden patio in the back was a lovely place to relax. The hotel was conveniently located to all attractions in Paisley."

"Great place to spend the night before morning flights. Breakfast starts at 4:00 am. Ate dinner in the restaurant had the hamburger was good , I said no onions please. Found one on my burger as staff walked by. They knocked off the beer I had off.my bill. Chatted with manager on way out was a pleasant fellow"

"we stayed in room 4 and despite having a radiator this was centrally controlled by the main reception. we found this out on night 2 as when we went to bed on the first night we whacked the radiator on thinking that would be that but nope, cold as ice through the night. reception did sort but the room didnt get that warm so assuming the thermostatic valve wasnt fully operational. the shower screen squeegee at the bottom didnt properly fit and a gap up at the hinge point meant water escapes onto the floor."

"Property was lovely overall and exactly as described. Instructions were clear and easy to follow, which made check-in straightforward. The location was great and really convenient for getting around Paisley. If I was staying in the area again, I’d definitely book here again. The bed was comfortable and made for a good night’s sleep. A couple of small issues: the milk sachets in the fridge were out of date, and the bathroom had a slight drainage smell. Nothing that ruined the stay, but noticeable. "
