Lovely old building but in need of some medernisation in places. Used for bus tours but did not interfere with our enjoyment. Breakfast and evening meal both good. Lovely surrounding area.

I spent two weeks in the highlands and this was the first hotel I stayed at for two nights in the Cairngorms. It was my favorite place I stayed the whole trip, such a warm authentic country feel with the nicest staff who make you feel right at home in the highlands. The breakfast was fabulous too, my favorite Scottish breakfast of the trip, with pretty views into their courtyard and quiet peaceful vibe.

Stayed for two nights and had the most wonderful experience in this cosy hotel filled with history. Yes it's true it could use a lick of paint, but the amazing staff and very good restaurant make up for that bigtime.

Enjoyed my stay, only for 1 night as was passing through for work reasons. Staff excellent and friendly, nice outdoor seating area, food excellent, fair prices at the bar, good parking, fast check in even though they had a coach load of guests arriving just before me. Good overall accommodation for a one night stop over to break up a very long drive across the country. The beds were comfortable, bedding was fine. The bathrooms were updated however not clean. The food was average and expensive overall inexpensive stop over however, choice was very very limited in the area and cost was average by comparison to the other choices

Structurally the hotel is tired but the service, food and walking with dogs was fantastic. The 3rd story room was really hot but that was the heat wave out outside and reception found an excellent fan for us. The mattresses were hard.

This hotel has a lovely outlook over the village. A fascinating history too. Decor could do with updating in the hallways and stairs but our room was fine. Friendly staff reasonable gluten free options. Dog friendly

We enjoyed our stay at the Nethybridge hotel however it was tainted by how loud our room was. Our room seemed to back on to the kitchen area which played very loud music until 11pm and then this noise changed to loud music from the pub and people smoking outside. I think we just got unlucky with our room position but this must be a consistent issue with rooms in this area of the hotel.

This is a Beautiful old 120 year old hotel with all of its charm and its great that its running Most get gutted out and turned into super expensive and exclusive rooms without any thought to the community Theres not many treasures like this left these days I bet the locals are so glad of that too Its a lovely friendly place with very friendly staff and excellent meals I wish you all the best 👍

Needs a fair amount of money spending on it inside on carpets for stairs. Judging by how badly frayed ends more than a few months overdue. Outside in need of more than a lick of paint. Staff more interested in laying tables for dinner on sunday than keeping an eye on what had run out in hot breakfast area
