"I ticked the box showing we would arrive between 10am and 12 noon but hotel was locked when we arrived at 11am. Rang phone number on the door and was told no-one would arrive before 2.30pm as they were on lunch break. So we could not leave our bags. "5-star hotel in central Frankfurt. Rooms are impeccable, great pillows, mattresses, entertainment. Situated close to everything. Staff are all highly trained and spectacular. Very expensive but you get what you pay for. Would avoid restaurant "Oscar's-" overpriced and poor service/food average at best. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Avoid "Valet" parking- public parking garage across street 25 Euro/day and that's where valet parks car and charges 45 Euro/day"
