“Good stay. Helpful and friendly staff.”

“Staff was great”

“Everything was exceptional. The food was simply amazing. Breakfast also so yummy. The only thing we were disappointed about was the hottub was not working. Did get repaired the next day. Ogelbay has really stepped it up since the remodeling. Can't wait to visit again!”

“This facility is older and well worn. Arrived at 4pm, and was told by desk person that they were so short handed we might not have a room until 9pm, however it was at her quitting time and she did not want to be bothered.(We were told our Uhaul had to be parked offsite due to no Truck policy, even though we clearly saw other Commercial trucks on lot. “Loved it!”

“Staff was excellent, breakfast was great with good variety, hot tub was nice could be a bit warmer. The room was not as clean as expected. Chips on the floor on room. Very dusty behind tv. Bed was great.”

“The house was lovely. The decor fit with the age of the house and was tastefully done. The breakfast was good. Our room and bathroom were clean. The area was really nice. It is close to Franciscan University of Steubenville.”

“X”

“굉장히 깨끗하고 편안했음. 주변에 공사중인 공간이 있어서 보기에는 좋지 않았으나 전혀 문제되진 않았음”

“Very nice place to stay! Comfortable beds, very nicely maintained and friendly staff!”

“No complaints was what we were looking for.”

“The staff was wonderful. The breakfast were very good and it was conveniently located near a mall for rainy day shopping. What we didn't care for was that our room did not get fresh towels or freshened up for the three nights we were there, but the staff at the desk happily helped us out with fresh towels and anything else we may have needed. I would definitely stay there again.”
