โThe property was very clean. You couldnโt hear the outside noise from your room. I love how Beverly checked on us from the time we checked in until we checked out. โ
โThe staff was AMAZING! I had a few requests, and they went out of their way to meet each one. They were courteous and helpful. I would stay again in a heartbeat โ
โPlace was very clean and quiet. Only downside they didnโt have vending machines and all the gas stations were about 3miles or more away. It was close to the Gillette Stadium. We took an uber there and it wasnโt expensive. โ
โOne of the electric outlets didn't work. There was a switch that controlled nothing and no vent fan or heater working in the bathroom. Bed was fairly comfortable. Parking was easy. Breakfast was great. Staff was great. โ
โBeautiful property and room. Extremely friendly and helpful woman that checked us in ๐ five stars for her.
Only negative is the strong smell of Marijuana outside the resort.

"I checked in to this hotel on July 4th. I had clearly reserved a room with one king bed through Expedia, but was given a room with two queen beds instead. This was the hotel's mistake, not mine. After pointing this out, they moved us to a king roomโthe room we originally paid for. No apology, no explanation.
Unfortunately, the problems didnโt end there. The new room had a clogged sink that wouldnโt drain at all. We called the front desk, and it took 30 minutes for someone to show up. The engineer then spent another 30 minutes tryingโand failingโto fix it. Thatโs a full hour of our travel time wasted because of the hotelโs lack of maintenance.
Despite all this, the front desk still didnโt offer a single word of apology. Instead, they claimed the new room was an โupgrade,โ even though it was on the second floor with a terrible view. Frankly, that felt like a weak excuse rather than any form of customer service.
This experience was unacceptable. I will absolutely not be returning to this hotel, and I strongly advise others to look elsewhere. Poor service, poor communication, and no accountability"
"This hotel is said to clean the room only once a week. So the floor of the room is a bit messy. Maybe because it's next to the hospital, there seem to be a lot of long-term guests, and overall, I don't recommend choosing this hotel for a family trip."
