“Good”

“예일대 가기 위해 머물렀는데, 주변 호텔 중에는 최고인 것 같습니다. 다소 예일대에선 거리가 멀지만 조용한 곳에, 깨끗한 시설, 가격대비 조식도 좋았고, 편안한 주차, 세탁시설도 있었습니다. ”

“Staff were nice, check in, and check out was very easy. Shower could be updated but not bad. TV was the worse, did not work well/only very few channels that came in. Good hotel for if you just want a place to rest your head and get some sleep. (Be careful if you are a light sleeper because certain rooms are behind the elevators and tend to be noisy even with bathroom separating it.) I personally enjoyed the room next/behind the elevators :) parking was pretty packed but not completely full (we...

“Clean room but needs refurbishment. Rust in tub, etc. A/C worked great. Bed was HARD!! (pillows were great)”

“I am extremely disappointed with my experience at the Omni New Haven Hotel. After my stay, I discovered an unauthorized charge of $62.43 on my credit card, processed at 3:20 AM while I was asleep. My colleague was also charged the exact same amount at the same time. Neither of us used any additional services—no parking, no breakfast, and no minibar. This is clearly an erroneous charge. Furthermore, my $100 security deposit has still not been released. I have tried to call the hotel multiple...

“직원들이 친절하고 식사가 좋았습니다~”

“Easy ascess to downtown area , restaurants & Yale reception was very friendly housekeeping is only new towels & emptying trashcans this is fine if you stay 1-2 nights We asked for change of sheets after 3 nights , the person at reception said it will be done, but there was no housekeeping whatsoever for the last 2 days”

“The room smelled like smoke and the staff was not helpful. The room was not clean. Was not worth it for the price.”

“Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else. The hotel is going through a remodel. Not a big deal except the room rates are for post construction, not under construction. The picture advertised is not the room that you will get. The check in process is slow and the person helping me kept wiping his nose, coughing and touching the counter and room keys. I booked a deluxe queen room and was given a single full bed. When I asked about this, I was directed to a manager? Whomever it was told...

“This property is a gem! Had (3) wedding parties in house while we were there! If you get a chance drive down the road about a mile to POPS DINER -great spot for breakfast, lunch or dinner!”

“예일 캠퍼스를 내려다볼 수 있는 쪽 뷰를 꼭 선택하세요. 정말 만족스러워요.”

“comfy room at reasonable price. good service. ”

“깨끗하고 조식도 좋고 가성비 갑 입니다.”
