The Black Bass Hotel was Absolutely amazing, all of the staff were so friendly, they made us feel right at home, the room was Beautiful. It was an all around amazing experience, we have recommended it to many of our friends and family.

The Black Bass Hotel exceeded our expectations. The grounds were immaculate, the staff and even the guests were so friendly and helpful, the room was spectacular. I booked a river side suite and the views from the room were immersive with the outdoors- you could see the beautiful foliage, the river with herons feasting off the shoreline, and on the gorgeous foot bridge with an American flag swinging gently. The room was a blend of original stone and hand hewn beams with cozy traditional finishes.

We have always wanted to go to the Black Bass Hotel for years and it didnt disappoint! We checked in and walked over the bridge to Bulls Island, then came back to a riverview room and balcony and enjoyed a glass of wine. We ate dinner in the Tavern and it was excellent. A really interesting old building with history.

The Black Bass is extraordinary! The comforts of modern luxuries (bedding, lovely bathroom) with the style and patina of history. We loved the River 2 suite with its patio overlooking the footbridge across the Delaware River. The staff were uniformly warm, welcoming, and accommodating, going out of their way for our comfort.

We stayed in the Garden Suite which was pretty cool but I am sure was a different experience than the main hotel. The restaurant view and food were very good. Bed, linens, shower and everything else was great and loved being close to the walking bridge

The Black Bass Hotel and its restaurant are a great destination for exploring the surrounding area. The hotel is located directly on the Delaware River and dinner can be enjoyed on the outside deck along the water. A highly enjoyable experience.

Top top hotel. Lots of history, staff is amazing , and the history of Black Bass is second to none. Great location for many many sites and great shopping and restaurants. A must go and return local!

Unfortunately, I stayed there on Sunday 9.20.26. To say the rooms were unclean would be kind. The actual floors were sticky and the whole room looked like it hadn't been at least dusted in weeks, if not longer. The staff were at best average; they all seemed to be thrown off simply because they had a wedding THE DAY BEFORE. This was a really disappointing visit.
