“Booked a year in advance. Initially they couldn’t find reservation. Wanted river view, claimed it was booked incorrectly and they couldn’t assist…..yet the hotel wasn’t fully booked. Getting in and out wasn’t timely and at now time did we feel like valued guests…..we won’t book again. PS~ This was our second stay. Our first the water was only hot. Repeatedly called, no help….. called following our stay and was blatantly disregarded. No one ever contacted us to discuss our concerns. ...

“Fabulous staff perfect location. Ammenties a bit old fashioned for $450 per night (no in room coffee, very small TV could read captions for early morning news). But overall I love this place and would go back especially during a less expensive time. The staff here are AMAZING!”
