“I had a great stay at Ash Mill Farm. The house where I stayed (there were several building's with accommodations) was warm and full of character. I especially loved the porch with rocking chairs where my friends and I hung out and visited with over guests well into the night. The property is lovely with sweeping green lawns. “Clean, well maintained rooms, working AC, helpful-friendly staff, - pretty much all you need for an overnight stay. Breakfast was fine, being included it was exactly what was expected. I would recommend and absolutely return if I’m ever in the area again.”

“The location is definitely a major plus. It is hard to beat the fact that you get up in the morning, open your window to the balcony and look out on the Delaware River. The staff was very friendly and courteous. Everybody was keen to make our stay enjoyable. The food in the Rooftop restaurant was also excellent, as was breakfast. All in all, my wife and I highly recommend Odette’s for your stay if you consider this property.”

“I booked a property through Expedia for six guests to visit Sesame Place. Upon arriving around 7:50 PM, the host told us the property was already occupied. We wasted an hour driving back and forth, plus a six-hour round-trip drive home, and lost our entire second day at the park. I’m requesting a full refund and additional compensation for the stress, wasted time, and ruined plans for our group. ”
