“All the staff went over an above to make our stay really relaxing and enjoyable. Nothing was to much trouble. Good ol fashioned service, for us it has set the benchmark that others will be judged by.”

“Disappointing. Last time we visited we had a power cut, this time we couldn’t use the bath due to plumbing issues. To cap it all breakfast was chaos. The hotel was busy due to an event, there was no filer coffee but staff left us waiting without information. No sausage, bacon, egg except one or 2 portions coming out piecemeal. “The Manor house was a lovely convenient hotel for an evening at The ICC came back and went to The Cellar bar which was lovely too. Biggest disappointment was getting ready in the evening and standing in a cold shower before getting ready for an evening out or shower in the morning before breakfast, then to be told in the morning when spoke with reception staff the boiler was not working in the evening or morning, some communication about this would have been nice.”

“Quirky property, lovely log fire, helpful staff. Good food. Dogs very well catered for. Would have preferred a groundfloor room, which was originally allocated, but ended up in a first floor room. Lot of noise from heavy traffic at the rear of the property which can be heard in the room”

“Fantastic Place to stay and the rooms are so clean. You even have a lovey restaurant and bar that serves tapas. Will come again soon.”

“thank you”
