The room was clean and comfortable. We did have a fire alarm go off and the staff was very helpful and friendly. It was a great place to stay and could walk to most of the fun places to visit.

The hotel was nice. The mattress needed to be replaced thou. The bathtub was slippery and there was no grab bar. Staff were wonderful. The air-conditioning until in the room was very loud, needs a tune up. Overall great place and c would stay again !

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made it easy to relax and enjoy my stay. The hotel had a pleasant atmosphere, and I truly appreciated the great customer service. Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out, and I felt very comfortable throughout my visit. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place with excellent hospitality. Thank you for making my stay such an enjoyable experience!

Someone in the staff played loud music from midnight until around 5am. The room we were in on the second floor had no windows to outside view, the tv had very few channels and were blurry although tv appeared new, the hot water was slow and the water pressure was low. It was however clean and tidy and if you are there to party then the place is great, if you are there for business you might want to check something else out

The property itself was clean and convenient to everything you would want to do. Had a few issues with the room key, but front desk was on top of it. My biggest complaint is the parking. No valet! And no designated parking for the hotel, so If you don’t know your way around downtown it gets very confusing finding a place to park. Be aware of that. They have a pay to park parking lot behind the hotel (I think it was like $63.50/24 hr parking), but you have to go around the block to access it due to one way streets. Otherwise it’s a very nice, quiet hotel. If you are going to the Saenger Theater it’s only about a 15 minute walk.

I highly recommend this hotel. It was clean and comfortable. The location is perfect. It's in the Central Business District but also right outside of the French Quarter. You can walk almost everywhere. Anything that is too far to walk is easily accessible by a streetcar. The doorman was so helpful!
