I like ever that it was quiet. The staff was friendly. The only thing I did not like was how expensive it was to park. Also they charge a separate tax on parking.

The hotel is really nice and clean. What I didn’t like was not being informed about the closure of the pool the day of my arrival. Other than the pool issue my stay was relaxing and the breakfast was delicious.

This hotel was exactly what we were looking for. The location was super convenient for our weekend activities, and the in-room kitchen helped us save money for some of our meals, as well as the complimentary breakfast, which was one of the best hotel breakfasts I've had. We stayed with our toddler, and the hotel was very family friendly. We will certainly be back!

Nice rooms,but there was no housekeeping during my 4 day stay&when I requested more toilet paper,I had to go downstairs to get it myself.For me that is poor customer service.They also advertise free breakfast until 930 or 10am,however if items run out an hr earlier,the food is not restocked.

The staff here is amazing, so friendly. Hotel is clean. The only thing to budget for that is not detailed in the price, is there is several taxes, at checkout. Travelers tax, Superdome tax, and a couple of others. This is in no way reflective of the staff or property. I am writing this only to give future travelers a heads up to budget accordingly.

The breakfast could have been better for complementary as they did say it was a buffet style but I wouldn’t have agreed. Overall the room was fantastic. It had a living room area, Kitchenette and bedroom and decent view. We did complain about the noise of the elevator when we requested away from it 3 weeks prior but it was a great stay
