"Room downgrade and closed facilities – Not worth the price
My experience at this hotel was far from satisfactory. I was initially given a single-bed room despite booking a two-bed room, and the hassle of moving rooms the next day was quite inconvenient. Being placed in a lower-tier room than what I paid for was a poor start to my trip.
Furthermore, the management of the facilities was unacceptable. Both the pool and the gym were closed during my stay. Having both amenities out of order at once is unheard of for a hotel of this caliber. I would not recommend this place if you are looking for reliable service and facilities."
