Nice clean hotel, room was comfortable. Good location to Times Square if that’s the area you’re looking for. Lifts were faulty on the last day and security had to manually pick and drop everyone off to there floors. Apart from that no issues

Check in was smooth and the gentleman who checked my family in I was very kind and helpful. I wish I remembered his name, because he certainly deserved the praise! This hotel was a great spot to be where main attractions were not far off at all!
