To be very honest, the hotel provided a good room, but the neighborhood is horrible. 40 minutes from Manhattan, 25 minutes from downtown Brooklyn with a car. Staff is horrible, had to ask house keeping to come clean the room but they never showed up. Big reason to not book here is the AC system does not work. Had to sleep in extreme heat and that didn’t go well. Overall, don’t book here unless you are willing to pay less and sacrifice your sleep. Usually in New York you go to Manhattan and Downtown Brooklyn so being so far way is a hassle. Hotel does not provide any water, staff told me to go buy at the deli or the gas station. Another big issue: it’s very loud in the neighborhood. People blasting music at 6:30am (no joke) and people honking all day long.

The moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and efficient check-in service. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout my visit. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable — everything from the cozy bed to the modern bathroom exceeded my expectations.

Not too bad.

The room was very nice and clean, bed is comfortable, bathroom is spotless clean. Staff is friendly. Only con is it's in a busy area, so very noisy.

The hotel parking lot was full, spaces had alot if snow that wasnt cleaned out.Thw check-in was fast n simple. But i feel this hotel was to expensive not worth the money I was charged. It has no amenities, no breakfast, no water or ice machine. The room was really hot and I tried to bring the heat down on the thermostat and it didnt work. The room is really small, we was missing the tv remote control as well. The bathroom had really great hot water and it was nice. If anyone is gonna stay here make sure to bring something to drink and eat, theres no vending machines for snacks. There is a mini-fridge in the room. The bed was comfy. The hotel is located across the street from a Wendys and McDonalds. I would not stay here because ita to expensive.

Staff is good, but they don't have hair dryer, even by request. Bed is comfortable, but in the room it may be cold (AC can heat) and noisy. Also during last evening we found few cockroaches in the room. As a good thing - it's possible to leave your stuff if you have evening flight.

The property was good the staff are working well with what they are given. Someone should definitely be on top of the smoking and marijuana inside of the facility. Especially when people may have health conditions that could be affected by smoking inside of a facility specifically. Also, someone should keep loitering away from the front doors. Room was cleanly air conditioning did not work well which is not the greatest in the middle of a heat wave. The lack of rating is absolutely about the facility and not the staff. The staff are great.
