The hotel did not send the access code required to enter the building or the room, so I had to call to obtain it. Additionally, the listing on Expedia indicated that the room included a bathtub, but the room I was given did not have one. The mattress was also very uncomfortable and uneven. Due to these issues, I spent a significant amount of time on the phone with customer service. I informed them that I did not wish to stay under these conditions, so I left the hotel and booked a room at another nearby property. Despite this, the hotel refused to issue a refund.

This hotel is self check in I did not see anyone at the front desk the entire 3 days we stayed there! In order to get your room code or even enter the lobby you need to call the help line and the wait is so long! There was 6 different guests with the same problem all on the phone, when they say they will send details via email they never do. Find a different hotel

Room and location was good. There is NO STAFF so if you have any issues it’s hard to solve them and there is no early check in. We had to wait 2h until 4pm to get the code to the room.

The check in and out was very simple. The hotel is clean and the room. It's self check in so make sure you get your access code via your email or check the Expedia message center for updated info. Parking is available on the street. There's stores and restaurants not too far in the area so you should be ok unless you want a specific restaurant then you will have to go a little further in long island city.

Thank for stay! I stayed when it was Sonder nothing changed I know what I’m booking and it checks boxes private, clean, modern , style I hade room with balcony and balcony was bigger than I expected. Room was nice and clean but we had water leakage all over the restroom and after addressing they didn’t take any steps rather kept arguing saying it’s not that bad and casually apologized only. My 13 months old slipped on the water and got hurt lucky it wasn’t too bad but when I mentioned it to them they told me “the water was stuck only behind the sink” which isn’t true because the time I sent them the pictures it was in the morning and we haven’t used the sink during the night so it started drying up but everytime we used the sink he water would leak underneath the sink and the whole bathroom floor would get wet. I had to keep mopping it with towel and napkin to keep it less wet, the inconvenience caused delay and interrupted our plans but no the authority wouldn’t take any issue. I feel like I should have gotten at least a refund or one night but they didn’t even want to let me checkout late even after requesting and wanted to charge a late checkout fee which is more than the per night rate. First time experienced something like that and don’t recommend anyone stay there.

The room itself was great, however, the terrace where my door was located on the 5th floor was completely unlit and pitch black after sunset. Also, the code sent to me that got me into the front door DID NOT work for my room door on either of the two days I stayed there, so I had to be on the phone with an agent helping me for 15-30 minutes each day, giving me new codes to try. This system of having no employees on site and no room keys does not function if the codes don't work!!!

Clean room. Pretty view. Everything else was not great. There is no reception or help on the spot at all. My entry code was not working and I got lucky that someone happened to be there that day. The following days, I saw several guests struggling to enter the property and had to open the door for them. Any questions to management had to be done by phone call, with no follow-up. Very incompetent/hands off managements. Housekeepers are nice but can’t do much

Great deal, comfy rooms and easy acces. Glad I chose this. Surprisingly seamless stay considering new ownership Was only on day 2 when I arrived. Management and staff, when around we’re accommodating and kind. Rooms were clean, amenities unexpectedly high end and rooms Comfortable and well equipped. Housekeepers showed up with a mini fridge within 2 minutes when I asked to store something in the hotel’s fridge. Great service!. It was a bit unnerving when I did need something and there was no staff on the grounds. Perhaps a text line would be helpful for after hours questions or needs. Neighborhood doesn’t have a lot to offer in the immediate vicinity but extremely easy access to the city. I was at 42nd street in under 20 minutes. Extremely Good value for money in New York. I will definitely ata again. I was told there is also another property with more “apartment style rooms” will have to check That out as well.

O hotel é moderno, bem cuidado e transmite segurança desde a chegada. Quarto confortável, silencioso e com ótima estrutura para descansar depois de um dia inteiro andando por NY. A limpeza estava impecável e a equipe foi sempre muito educada e pronta para ajudar. A localização também foi um grande acerto: fácil acesso ao metrô e deslocamento rápido para Manhattan, o que deixou a viagem muito mais prática. Para quem quer custo-benefício sem abrir mão de conforto, eu recomendo! Um ponto importante: 1 semana antes da viagem tivemos um problema com a reserva, e a hotéis.com resolveu com agilidade e suporte ótimo. Eles acompanharam o caso, ajustaram tudo e garantiram que a gente viajasse tranquilos, sem dor de cabeça. No fim, deu tudo certo e a hospedagem superou as expectativas.
