Staff was great hospitable and courteous. My room, towels were delivered clean. The good Coffee in the lobby was a nice touch. Those crosaints were very good also!! Water and heat was on point, both were hot or you could set to your liking!?

The place is decent, it’s ok for a quick stop, bed is comfortable despite the room being extremely small. The bathroom needed a little bit more cleaning, and the shower curtains NEEDS to be CHANGED. I felt grossed out by the pink and black mold on the shower curtain. They had parking which was a big plus for me

Everyone was very friendly

I went on a holiday solo had a lot of days out and a couple days stayed in the hotel room just relaxing watching TV. Everyone was really friendly and helpful, I would stay here again.

Window was left open in our room and could not shut it without assistance. Front desk guy was very friendly. Rooms need some TLC. Grey sweats left in room from previous person. We had to chose a quick hotel with flight cancelled. No frills for sure

The hotel really isn’t bad as you get what you pay for so don’t expect a 4 or 5 star hotel and then complain when it’s not. I had absolutely NO issues at all it was exactly as expected and the staff are friendly. The rooms are simple and to the point somewhere to sleep in NY at a price that won’t bankrupt you in the process. I will definitely book a stay again for a quick weekend trip for sure.

It was a lovely hotel! Very clean, friendly staff (they were very responsive- we got in very late our first night and asked for extra pillows in the morning and they brought them within 20 minutes.) The fact that there was free parking was the biggest draw though- it was also just super convenient to get to from the bridge.

Very nice staff at front desk, nice and helpfull. The kept our luggage after the checkout time, so we had time to go to the us open and come back to the hotel, pick up luggage and go to the airport. Super convenient, also full of parking available for free.
