1st up, the location was perfect. Access to shops, the subway, could not fault it. The hotel was clean and tidy, and the seasonal decoration was a great touch. From booking in to checking out all the staff were warm, welcoming and beyond helpful. The room amenities were just what was needed. I recommend staying at this hotel, if I ever get the chance to visit again, I will be staying here 10/10

Pros: room was clean and large, location was near shopping and restaurants in Soho. Cons: received an email that the onsite restaurant Botte had reopened for breakfast, lunch and dinner, but upon arriving learned it was only open for breakfast. Only one of two elevators was working. Overall, a pretty decent hotel.

Great location! Felt safe at all times. Walking distance to all Financial district, 9/11 memorial and SoHo, canal street shopping. Subway is located steps from the door WITH an NYPD substation and gets you uptown quick!

The staff were very helpful and the location is great - I stayed for work The hotel is a little outdated but clean - bu the room is large for new york and if you get a room facing away from the street it is nice and quiet!
