The room was very clean and the staff were extremely helpful. The rooms were exactly as pictured very beautiful the bed was very comfortable. Wish we would've had a better view from our balcony considering we paid extra for a good view but overall it was a fantastic stay.

It’s a good hotel with decently sized rooms and beds. They do have very nice toiletries including little disposable toothbrushes. Location is in walking distance from restaurants and Belt Parkway is 5 mins away. Parking lot is usually full, so you might need to spend time looking for parking or park at meters and then wake up early to depart or pay the meter - in that case i recommend downloading parknyc app and then you can start your parking from your room. The only suggestion i have for management is to look into adjusting springs that close the room doors as those slam the doors

Lovely staff, spacious room, and good location to parks and restaurants. Wish I could move the whole building up to 5th Ave! It’s a bit odd being sandwiched between a new apt building and a staples but we had a nice stay either way.

The hotel itself was fine, the room was nice. The Manhattan view was a bit obstructed from the 5th floor, but I could still see the fireworks pretty well from the balcony. However, the AC did not work in my room. I was told they were at capacity for the first night and couldn’t move me to a different room. I had to ask for a fan, it wasn’t offered. They called me the next day while I was out on a tour to move me to a different room. I didn’t feel comfortable with them moving my stuff, so I had to decline. I came back to my room to a different fan, one that was not as strong as the first one. So needless to say, it was a very hot stay on one of the hottest weekends of the year so far.

First of all, I had a difficult time getting in touch with customer front desk by phone. My sisters and I called several times and each time no one picked up the phone. The property is a bit rundown. I had to change rooms twice due to broken items. 1st room had a broken shower seat. The 2nd room had a leak from the bathroom ceiling later in the evening and no maintenance tech on-site until the following morning. This may have been a nice hotel years ago but it’s quite run down for the price. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. Not a great experience for me..

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. When we arrived we were greeted by a very friendly staff who was very flexible with us parking our car before check in at 4:00pm so we could secure a spot. Brooklyn is known for limited parking. If you are lucky enough, you may find a spot on sight, but you risk losing the spot as soon as you drive off during your stay as it is first come first serve. They no longer have a breakfast plate or fresh brewed coffee, although, they provide a Keurig coffee maker in your room with some choice of coffee pods. If you want or need ice, you’ll have to find a staff to help. They do not have ice makers available on each floor, the staff has to retrieve it in the basement. When you first arrive, there is a very small lobby, small access bathroom in the lobby, and elevators to your floor. Once you get to your room, it is updated and includes a frosted glass barn door style for your privacy to the bathroom. Unfortunately, the door was difficult to open all the way and it would stick making it difficult to close. The water had lower than usual water pressure , so rinsing off in the shower took a little more effort. Hopefully, during your stay here, you are able to run into and talk with Stan who says he has been a fixture around there for over 12 yrs. The stay at Le Bleu was memorable and the hotel is very clean they serviced our room on the second day of staying there and it was greatly appreciated.

The hotel was newly updated, large rooms for NYC, and they even had a balcony! The location was good being near 5th Avenue in Park Slope where there are plenty of shops and restaurants, cafes. Stan was a great help there - helping us with suitcases and bringing us ice etc. The only complaint I have is that the elevator was slow- one of them was not operating, so we did use the stairs quite often. We would stay there again!
