It was a little off the beaten path which wasn’t too terrible. But there is a large construction site next door that was a little loud. Also the walls are kind of thin. They are in the middle of a renovation though so I had to give them grace. The staff was friendly and the room was clean, if a little small. Very close to a subway station too which was nice. Overall not too bad.

I really appreciated the promptness of the staff in responding to any requests we had during our stay (e.g., the TV was not functioning properly when we arrived - changed out later that morning within minutes). We did have an issue with other guests smoking, most likely within their rooms, because it could be smelled in the hallway and our room to some degree. This was abated, even for a short while, after staff addressed the issue with those responsible. Overall, my wife and I enjoyed our stay and will hopefully book another stay in the future when we visit the NY area again.
