I loved that it was so close to everything. Our room 4 was in the corner of a very busy street therefore was very noisy all night. Thank god for our noise machine. Other than that it was very convenient.

If you're looking for a nice affordable room just a block away from the beach and a short walk to Newport Pier - this is it! The staff was friendly, the room was clean and nicely updated. I will definitely be staying here again.

Nice little spot on Balboa Island. Very walkable, It is in a busy but great location so if you're an extremely light sleeper this isn't the place for you. Would book again!

Great location to everything which is in walking distance. A little loud in rooms since it is right on the Main Street so you can hear all the night noises.Overall, a very nice stay and rooms were comfortable.
