โWe enjoyed our nightโs stay at this property and felt safe. However, the door to room 312 was not tightened properly. We used the upper latch to help secure it even more.
Hot breakfast was decent, typical continental styleโฆeggs, sausage, waffles, bread to toast, packets of hot cereal, cold cereal, yogurt, fruit, etc. No complaints. The attendant was kind and friendly.
Overall, we would return to the property. Itโs accessible to nearby restaurants, shops, and the Newport News/Williamsburg...
โWe were in town to drop of our niece to college. The staff was amazing and so sweet to our whole family. My 15 month son loved waving hi to everyone and pushing the button for the elevator. Our room was spacious, clean and relatively safe for our little kiddo. We will stay here again when visiting our niece at college. โ
โCheck in was easy and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The property isnโt perfect but itโs not as awful as some reviewers posted. Itโs clean and comfortable. Perfect for a stay of a day or two. โ
โThis property was beautiful. The restaurant there was amazing and customer service was top tier. Hats off to the chefs. They definitely cooked that food with love. I went during some events they were throwing there because itโs also an event space. Even though they had the music going it wasnโt to loud. I still enjoyed my room very much. Would definitely stay here again. โ
โRoom was clean and bed comfortable. The place looked fresh, appeared recently redone. Heads up: a damage deposit of $50 in cash is required, credit card not accepted for damage deposit. So, if you donโt have $50 in cash, you will not be able to rent a room. And, when you check out, you have to wait while the manager goes to the room and makes sure there is no damage. โ
โThe staff at the Inn is so helpful and accommodating, the breakfast is delicious. Plus the added bonus of a live history lesson on the Battle of Yorktown during breakfast was so amazing! โ
โI loved this place! You canโt beat the quality for the price. It was a nice, small, clean room with a really nice bathroom and comfortable bed. The front desk people were super nice and helped me extend my stay when my work schedule changed. 64E and lots of shopping and restaurants are right there. If youโre traveling on a budget, itโs a great option! โ
