I have waited 2 days for a reply from the Front Office Manager and have not gotten a reply, so here I am.
I stayed at this hotel Saturday July 12th 2025 and let me tell you, for spending $300 on a "SUITE" this was extremely disgusting and embarrassing.
The pictures did NOT even come close to what our room looked like. EXTREMLY MISS-LEADING.....We got stuck at the "hotel next door" which is, I assume, an old hotel they bought and slabbed their brand name on it...
Me and my wife had NOTHING but a HORRIBLE experience. We killed about 8 bugs that day, including a fairly large centipede that was on the wall right beside my pillow (the bed right up against the wall)..... Bug guts smeared on the wall. Called front desk at 130 am over these bugs and got offered a room at the "good" part of the hotel.. After 12 hours of walking around Niagara Falls in the hot sun, I was out of energy and did not want to move rooms at that time of night.
Got told a manager would be in Sunday morning and would fix this issue and guess what? No manager. That's cool to get lied to by staff. So here I am sadly having to leave a negative review to get a response from Aju. He has my name and number written down (at least, the kids at the counter took my info) and I have emailed him twice.
