"A modern studio apartment typical of this area with a TV area and kitchen along with an area with three beds, Japanese style on the floor. The apartment is equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable short stay. There is a bath tub (short but deep) and shower. There is ample parking out back. My recommendation is to park out front upon arrival to unload luggage, since that door is open during regular hours. The parking lot door does not have an entry code, so you will need to prop the door open or you will be locked out. For the instructions from the manager, I would suggest making it clear that there are 3 buildings (a,b,c), which would make the entry process a little easier. We would stay here again when flying out of CTS"
"Very nice staff and comfortable room. Has everything you need. My favourite part was the bathroom. Very traditional Japanese bathing vibes including stool, bucket, and a small tub for you to soak in after cleaning. Perfect on a cold winter night. "
"Clean, friendly staffs, great ramen, love the manga selections and Onsen. Gave 4 starts because the washer and dryer ripped my puffer jacket that I just bought "
"This is a great stay in the winter. Cars picked us up from our room to go to the main lodge. Food was great. They have hot springs here. They arranged a taxi to the airport when their shuttle wouldn’t get us there on time. Could not ask for more of this hotel. Would highly recommend. Rooms very comfortable and spacious."
"Hotel's free shuttle to New Chitose airport (after check-out) was an unexpected surprise. It left right on time, just like the country's trains. It got us there in about 15 mins. Saved a lot of travel headaches.
The front desk staff's English was limited and my Japanese is even worse, but we managed to communicate ok. Hotel should consider using a language translation device as I have seen in other hotels and carcrental outlets."
"Highly recommend if you're looking for a large room that is close enough to the Chitose Airport! We missed our flight since all trains were closed for half day due to snowstorm and decided to move closer towards the airport from Sapporo Station - highly recommend to do so if you're going in the snowy seasons as the next day we were able to take bus to the airport but our friends in Sapporo said the JR station was paaaaacked!
Anyway, self-check in kiosk was easy for us in English as long as you fill out the form in advance on your phone (including uploading passport photos). We had to help the people head of us via google translate since the kiosk didn't offer Korean as a language and they did not pre-fill out the form. I recommend to take a photo of the site map in the check-in room to help you navigate to your room by yourself! Also, take a photo of the code that shows up at the end of the check-in process - it will be your passkey to enter your room!
The room was amazing and the heaters work well in the snowy season. It was great to have a washer/dryer unit in our room but we had to walk to a conbini to buy detergent so we recommend bringing it in advance! Very clean and spacious area. We noticed the site was across from a separately owned onsen but didn't utilize it.
It's located in a remote area so we walked 17 mins to dinner and saw several conbinis along the way. Great location for what we needed (closer to airport)."
