It has all you need, clean and comfortable and very pocket friendly. Ideal if you need to catch an early flight or late arrival into CTS. There is nothing arround the property which was not an issue for us as we have a rented car. Check in was easy with clear instructions provided.

Clean, modern, comfortable. Super close to the airport, so very convenient, that way. Really not that far of a drive from Sapporo City. The only thing I could recommend would be that the hotel have a shuttle from the airport. It was a 20 minute walk in a snowstorm for us to get to the hotel from the train station.

It was a peaceful walk. Walkable distance to mrt. Really clean and the place really felt like home. They had such an amazing shampoo too, Provinscia, i really want to know where they buy it from too aaa. but if you do have a car it would be easier to travel but we just used the Metro

Modern and fuss-free

Close to airport and various car rental companies. Note the there is no one on-site. Check-in is via a tablet on the reception counter and fuss free if you complete the pre-arrival registration. Ample car park. Spacious. However, messages to property via Hotels.com went unanswered. Another minor flaw is the living area needs more lighting as it was quite dark.

Booked this hotel because it was near airport. Great and spacious apartment but there wasnt anything nearby for food or amenities. Check-in was done online, so there wasnt any staff around but there's a virtual video chat support. Couldnt get a taxi using their phone because the taxi company doesnt speak any english, luckily we managed to get hold of a staff to help us.

Super well fitted accommodation. Has everything needed from wet wipes, floor wipes to vacuum cleaner etc. we booked the 2 bedroom, bedroom with 1 double bed does not has aircon nor heater though. However, it is open concept and hence can enjoy the AC in the living room. Check in was simple at the building closest to the road but check in is strictly after 3pm. Not a lot of shopping options or busy town center. Good for overnight stay before going to the airport. It does has food options and drugstore etc nearby. I’ll stay here again for sure if needed! Absolutely recommended.

Checking in was a little confusing. No staff onsite. You had to call them on the tablet provided at the front desk to check in. In order for them to even speak to you, you had to complete a form online. The whole thing was very frustrating and confusing. It shouldn't have taken that long to check in and I wish there was someone at the front desk and not on a tablet. Transportation to airport was very challenging. Taxi/Uber, or Train do not run until after 7:00 a.m. I had an early flight at 7:45 a.m. and couldn't find any services to take me to the airport by 6:00 a.m., so I had to stay the hotel inside the airport and left my friends at this hotel. I called front desk (tablet) and they couldn't help me. They apologized and ask that I handle the transportation on my own. It's unfortunate that my friends and I had to experience this kind of service; especially at a hotel that was only 5 minutes from the airport. I booked a different hotel which cost me $333 USD and left my friends so I can catch my flight the next morning. Something to be aware of in Chitose. Rent a car or stay inside the airport if you have an early flight.

排水管が臭い 全体的に新しく清潔だったが、カーテン下に前の人の物だと思われる靴下が落ちていた 近くにコンビニが1軒あったが、夜中しまっていた 空港から近く、周辺にレンタカーがたくさんあり交通の便は良かった 駐車場が無料で良かった

車で数分の距離にレンタカーがあるのがとてもいいです。もう少し行くと千歳空港があり、ラーメン店があり、スーパーがあり、薬局があり、コンビニがありととても便利です。中も分かりやすく整頓されており、ひろく感じました。ただ、手拭きタオルや、洗面台のタオルなどをかけておく場所がなく、それだけ困りました。アメニティーのさくらシャンプーコンディショナーとてもよかったです。

キッチンにオタマがなくて困りました。包丁も切れなくて困りました。お風呂の洗剤がなくてトイレの洗剤だったせいからお風呂がザラザラしてて汚く思いました。トイレのセンサーは短すぎて何度も消えるので、もう少し長いといいです。駐車場も事前に自由に止めていいと教えてほしいです。他はとってもいいです！
