Okay in general
It was okay in general. Both of the bedroom and bathroom were very clean, and I very much liked this point. Also hotel is very close to the train station (Gare Nice-Ville, 5 min. on foot), it was very convenient for me to travel French Riviera by train. The hotel does not manage a restaurant except the breakfast buffet, but there are some nearby restaurants, which can complement this. Quality of the breakfast buffet was acceptable but not worth for its price (15 eur), and I mostly ate at boulangeries in the city except once. Moving on to downsides, there are nothing critical, but some to be noted. The lighting of the bedroom was a bit dark in night for me - darker than the bathroom. It might be intended setting but still inconvenient for me. Also the room was overstuffed for its size. There was a desk and a chair, but there was no room between the desk and bed, and I could not use the desk most of the time. I think a smaller bed should have been placed in such a small room, or the large bed should have been placed at the corner of the room, instead of the center. The hotel manages the lobby desk all day, but often it is unattended for a bit of time. Last point is the hot water. It may take around 10-15 minutes to get the hot water from the shower head, especially in the early morning.

I loved the hotel , good area, good public transportation close by . Really have no negative but 15 euros for breakfast is way too much .

Our breakfast is open from 7 till 10 am for 15 extra but if you book it in advance it is only 11 and you have a full continental buffet with fresh squize orange juice, bakeries, 2 kind of breads, fruits salads, ham, cheese, yogurts ans other yummy items . we hope you will come back soon Have a nice day

We stayed in a family suite. Lovely and clean, two separate rooms, bath tub/shower, fridge, safe and tea/coffee. Easily walkable to shopping and beach. Tram stop nearby. Also near pastry shops and supermarkets. We arrived early and room was ready so were able to check in. Water available to take up to the room. Breakfast available but we did not take this. Rooms were clean, newly renovated and good climate control. All in all it was the perfect place to explore the city.

Séjour très agréable
L'accueil a été particulièrement sympathique, les parties communes et la chambre et ses annexes très propres, suffisamment spacieux et pratiques. L'hôtel est idéalement placé à mi-chemin entre la gare et la mer et face à un petit parc. Cet hôtel est très confortable et agréable .

Velholdt hotel med venligt og serviceminded personale (må især fremhæve Russell). Også morgenmadsområdet var rigtig pænt, jeg valgte dog at spise ude. Meget acceptabelt prisniveau. Plejer at bo tættere på Promenade des Anglais, men denne gang skulle jeg på dagsture til andre steder, og hotellet lå i perfekt afstand fra banegården. Jeg kommer gerne igen.

Hotel 3 estrelas bem confortável muito próximo da estação de trem Nice Ville. Ficamos somente uma noite mas fomos bem recebidos, com check in rápido. Cama bem confortável . Dois quartos . Toalhas de boa qualidade . Com café da manhã incluso com pães quentinhos, suco natural de laranja que a gente mesmo faz na hora, ovo cozido que o cliente mesmo faz, máquina de café , frios, manteiga e geleia. Sentimos falta de uma fruta . Mas no geral o café é bom .

We absolutely loved this hotel! It was our first time in Paris and this hotel is a great location, walkable to many great shopping and restaurants. The main reception lady during the day isn't that friendly so if you need anything just wait and ask the night desk people, they were so helpful and lovely!

Hotel Aria is in a great location, close to the train station, shopping, and restaurants. The rooms are clean and a decent size. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel!

Great except for aircon.
Well-run but noisy and uncomfortable air-conditioning. It's a seemingly small thing until you're being woken up every few minutes. The air-con noisily turns back on and rotates every 10 minutes or so, making sleeping uncomfortable. Everything else was fine and very conveniently situated.

Dear Hafiz, Thanks for this feedback. We totally understand your point regarding the noise of the AC in your room. We are curently checking with few company a brand new system of AC to install this winter. The technisian wil see if we can do something while we are waiting this summer to improve the noise. Our hotel is well located next to city center and beach but still in a quiet area. We will be happy to welcome you again in our house. Best regards

Very rude staff. The room needs renovation, toilet seat was not attached to the floor, it moved every time using it. Shower was in the bath and there was pieces missing from the bath also floors had holes. I was traveling with a friend and we asked to have two blankets, cause we didn’t feel good to share one. They only gave bedsheet. We asked again and they said we would get it. Later we came from dinner and they had brought the blanket, without any sheet on. Just dirty blanket. We went again to the reseption and asked to get sheet on it. They gave the sheet and told us to put it on. We said that this is hotel that we pay 200€ per night and it’s their job to put the sheet. We asked if he could help cause the blanket was huge but he said “it's not my problem”. Very very rude behavior. In the morning when checking out we told this and they didn’t even say sorry. Can’t recommend this hotel, unless you want to feel like an idiot and make your own bed and pay a lot.

You booked a double room this is why you had a one double bed with one blanket but we should be able to give you a extra blanket without any issue. We will work on that with people concerned. At hotel Aria we are a very small team and we try our to do our best to make our guest feel welcome.The technician will check out your room to fix the issues you are talking about regarding the floor and the bath.
