10/10 Excellent

"Hands down the nicest property under sixty dollars a night I’ve stayed in yet in OKC. Excellent in room air conditioning but also the lobby air works well. Front desk staff couldn’t be better. Lots of hot water with great pressure for showering. Curved shower rod too. Towels were thick, clean, and fluffy. Sure there could be some touch up paint applied in places but that doesn’t bother me. My only complaint is the benches outside had been damaged and you couldn’t sit on them or you’d fall through. Will absolutely stay here again. Important note: Expedia did not mention a $100 damage/incidentals deposit which is payable on debit card (takes a few days to get back) or in cash (returned at checkout). I couldn’t do either so they took a credit card instead."

"The rooms were clean and the hot breakfast was excellent. The staff was helpful. When we entered the room, the room was hot and I turned down the temperature to 62 from 70. But it still felt like 70 and we barely slept comfortably. I don't know whether the AC was working or not as we checked in late at night and did not want to bother the staff."

"My daughter and I have to come to OKC for her medical checkins with her doctor. We have been to OKC several times this year and by far this hotel was the best so far. The room was pretty big and the beds were actually comfy. The wifi was a little spotty but we were not in the room alot. The bath tub was a good size and there was adequate room for our toiletries. We were on the 4th floor and the whole hallway smelled like weed at 9am but its not a deal breaker."
