“No air conditioning !!! Traditional radiator heating. Not enough power outlets. No telephone in the room, I had to call the front desk with my mobile phone. Good restaurant. Closes at 10 pm. Last order for one course at 8:30 pm. Extra charge for room service : EUR 25 (approx. USD 30) No receipt ticket for luggage left in the hotel luggage storage room. Reception desk staff from OK to excellent, depending on the person on duty.”

“Heel erg genoten. Ligging perfecte uivalsshoek. Comfortabele kamer. Klein minpuntje...weinig bergplaats kleren. Badkamer, waar alles voorhanden is. Een geweldig ontbijt. Pluspunt, je kan ganse dag koffie, thee en water krijgen..zalig na een lange wandeling ! Ook het idee van de lunchbox voor kansarmen is super. Een aanrader wie in Oostende wil verblijven. Kom zeker terug”

“My family checked in late. I was very embarrassed because there was no towel in the room and paid the towel after paying the next morning. I also put my own linen on the bed. It was so hard to put the sheets on while I was tired. But the sand playground for children and the nearby beach were good in the hotel.”
