"Hotel is very outdated and looks runned down for the price you pay. Amenities like the pools and the gym are very basic and also reflect the lack of maintenance. We had dirty linens and blankets that had to be replaced. Staff however was very attentive to our requests but did not offer any compensation for the troubles we encountered. Probably will not return"

"Lovely boutique style hotel an easy walk to the lake and Sirmieno centre. Michelle on reception was great, all staff were to be fair and most had very good English. Rooms are clean, modern and bed comfy. Parking also easy and secure. Grazie."

"La struttura gode di una splendida posizione, le camere sono accoglienti e gli spazi comuni (spa, piscina, bar e ristorante) sono piacevoli. Purtroppo, però, il servizio non è assolutamente all'altezza di un hotel 4 stelle: a colazione, nonostante la sala fosse quasi vuota, nessuno ci ha accolti o serviti: abbiamo dovuto richiedere personalmente sia i cappuccini sia i caffè. Al bar della piscina non è stato possibile ordinare uno Spritz perché mancava una bombola e ci è stato proposto un Campari...

"Helt o k rum, rent & fint! Vi kom sent på natten, dåligt upplyst ställe (ledlampor, billig investering?), väldigt trött nattportier, inte mycket bättre med receptionen dagtid. Normalt i Lombardiet att servicemänniskor är ytterst trevliga & bemötande, trist gäng här. Förutom damen i frukostbuffén (hette Ilaria), hon vägde upp resten av gänget, så enkelt det kan vara."

"This is such a gem! Simply a great place, very good and fresh breakfast, spacious clean room and great amenities. The staff are so nice, warm an welcoming. It was our daughter's birthday, and although it was a last minute booking, they have decorated the room and wrote such a heart warming birthday card, and also surprised her with cake and candles! She was so happy. Thank you so much for this wonderful experience and we will definitely come back in our next trip!"
