“Severe basically in and out, I did tell them we wanted on 1st floor. We had a room, but there was no vanity in the bathroom. The receptionist told us we could switch rooms we declined to do that. I do suggest even if someone was handicapped there should be a vanity in the bathroom and towel holders. The shower could use a mat of some sort as when it is wet it is slippery.
All in all it was a nice clean room. Staff were friendly, loved having it paid for before we went.”

“Our room was a two bedroom which was more like two separate apartments! Full kitchen in one and smaller kitchenette for second room! Two full bathrooms, living rooms in both, our view was breathtaking! The staff did an amazing job making us feel welcomed! The coffeemaker in our room was not working and they immediately brought us a new one! The pool area was so spacious and lovely! The air conditioner kept up with the very hot weather! Everything we needed to drive to was just minutes away!...

“very clean and spacious room, very comfortable bed. plenty of parking. 'very effecient and courteous desk clerk. When I was checking in there were several in front of me and several more arrived right after me. The clerk did not get razzeled and maintained her compusure. She apologized but had no reason to for the extra time it was taking to register me but again there were several groups arriving at the same time.
The cost for the room was very fair for the lodging.”

“This hotel property was excellent and will be my go-to when passing through Springfield in the future. The service was excellent, friendly and professional. Breakfast was much better than expected with eggs, sausage, bacon, biscuits and gravy, a pancake maker, cereal etc. Pool and hot tub were well maintained! Hotel was clean and room was decorated super cute with a fish lodge theme. Leave it to Bass Pro to hit a home run! Highly recommend!”
