The breakfast was good and the service was great. The elevator was brook so we had to change our room from 2 queens to a single queen. We don't do well in the same queen size bed so we didn't sleep well.

It was one of the better places I have stayed. Friendly staff greeted us and was easy check in. As always happens there is something wrong. The elevator wasn't working during our 3 day stay and our rooms were on the second floor. We had 2 rooms and going to the second floor via the stairs would not normally be a problem but one of our party has health issues and climbing stairs was a problem. With that being said, all else was great. One of the cleanest rooms, most comfortable bed, nicest swimming pools, best breakfast and helpful staff I have had in a long time. I would recommend and stay again.

We were greeted warmly at check-in, by Amanda. reservation was made the night before after reviewing hotels in various online apps. We inadvertently booked the wrong room. Amanda was very gracious in changing the queen room to a king room. We were returning from an 8-day trip, and the bed was by far the most comfortable of the trip.

I have been staying here twice a year for many years. The staff and service is always good and the facility clean. However this is the second time in recent years that the elevator has not been working. We had to carry our heavy bags up a flight of stairs, thankfully we were able to move from the 3rd floor to the second floor. I feel like the hotel should provide extra staff to help people with their luggage in situations like this. And, they should make getting the elevator repaired a priority. I’m very disappointed this has happened to us twice.
