This has been our 2nd trip to Comfort Inn South. We have had the best experience both times. The second time we visited, there was a ton of kids due to tournaments and it was busy! This doesnt bother us, we have been there, but it was amazing how the staff handled it all! They put us up on the top floor when the kids and families were below us. They worked extra hard at breakfast to keep the food coming and their humor about it all put a smile on our face. The hotel is older but the staff, the cleanliness, and amenities make it so nice. We have plans to come back to Springfield to visit family soon and we will be booking with Comfort Inn South again. Thank you and give those people a raise!!

Room was clean, needs some updating but nice. Beds were comfortable, pillows were small and flat. Plenty of towels and staff came in and replaced towels so we had extras for the next day. Staff was very social and helpful. Workout room had an elliptical, weight bench with weights, and treadmill. Very small but nice to have. Breakfast was very nice, lots of options. Pool was nice, hot tub was perfect temp and clean. Lots of towels available in pool area and lots of chairs. Parking was not a problem.
