"Ac was broken. No other rooms available. No maintenance on call or on the grounds. Front desk attendant was extremely rude and we had to clean the air filters ourselves. My son has asthma and we were forced to sleep in a hot and muggy room all night and paid full price. We have stayed here before and really enjoyed it. This time was very different. There were no managers on any of the shifts and no way to get out of our stay due to all other hotels being booked that night. We won’t go back due to the lack of staff and the quality of the room "

"This property is no longer owned by Holiday Inn. Check in was cumbersome - took 10 minutes and required info they don’t need with paper signatures. The elevator seems on the edge of breaking down, the tiles in the bathroom floor in our room were cracked and loose. Needs a major renovation! Would not stay again."

"This is a lovely property with great views, beds, a nice restaurant, and plenty of parking. The only negative is parking is not free. you have to pay to park your vehicle. "

"Arrived to a very quick check in, room on 3rd floor was very clean and comfortable, very clean bathroom and enough towels. My name was on the Television saying welcome I also received a text from front desk to ask if I needed anything at all just text :) I didn’t get up for breakfast so can’t rate that. Only negative for me is the brightness in the room so much light comes around the shades just wish it was dark! "
