"The room and bathroom smell of stale smoke and the bed is hard and uncomfortable. Decent if you need a quick stay but it’s far from everything and front desk empty. There is a convenience store a short walk away. "

"The room was okay, pretty spacious. The hotel was marked as non-smoking, and our room stank of smoke when we came back from a day in the city. We went calmly to the personale, and they didnt care at all, were of no help, and were very childish. The personale was not welcoming or anything at check-in either, and all the different people we met seemed to not care about their job. Location wise it was pretty far from everything (1 - 2,5 hours from main tourist attractions). "

"설악산 여행을 계획하면서 선택한 숙소였는데 기대 이상으로 만족했습니다. 무엇보다 설악산 국립공원과 정말 가까워 아침 일찍 산책하고 케이블카를 이용하기에도 최적의 위치였습니다. 객실에서는 설악산 풍경이 한눈에 들어와 창밖만 바라보고 있어도 힐링되는 기분이었습니다. 호텔은 오래된 전통이 느껴지는 분위기지만 객실 관리가 깔끔하게 잘 되어 있었고, 침구도 편안해서 숙면을 취할 수 있었습니다. 직원분들도 체크인부터 체크아웃까지 친절하게 응대해 주셔서 기분 좋게 머물렀습니다. 조식도 종류가 다양하고 음식 하나하나 정성이 느껴졌으며, 특히 여행을 시작하기 전에 든든하게 식사할 수 있어 만족스러웠습니다. 다음에 설악산을 다시 방문하게 된다면 고민 없이 켄싱턴 호텔 설악을 선택할 것 같습니다. 가족여행이나 부모님 모시고 오는 여행에도 자신 있게 추천드립니다. 좋은 추억 만들어 주셔서 감사합니다."
