Divi Aruba Phoenix Beach Resort
10/10 Excellent
"This was our first stay in Aruba. Divi Phoenix did not disappoint! The staff was so helpful and informative. Everyone from the Front Desk to the restaurants was so pleasant. We ended up getting a spot on the beach every day and our children loved snorkeling in the few areas adjacent to the hotel. Our room attendants made the room so clean, it was incredible. Free parking for our car so we could roam around the island and only a short drive to the downtown area. Also, literally right across the street from the Butterfly Farm which was magical. We will certainly be back!"

"Hotel needs updating but overall, a good stay. Outside areas were well kept. Lobby needs more seating. Restaurants not open long enough to accommodate dinner guests. Shows were mediocre. Room was clean. Contracted security at resort was rude."

"This is the perfect getaway for adults and couples who just need to relax, get refreshed and recharged. The rooms are splendid, the staff, wow, super-courteos and always ready to help. The entire property is clean and well maintained. Breakfast at Solanio is on another level. You can't take it all in with just a trip, you definitely need to go back multiple times to maximize the experience. Highly recommend vacationing here."

"Upon our arrival there was no electricity. We were not shown how to use the remote for the TV as and the key for safe we had to ask for it. The prices in the rooms for chairs and coolers are posted less than the actual rental. They were nice enough to help with the rental"
