"Staff are lovely, affordable for Amsterdam.
It is not super close to the tram, probably a 12 minute walk, which didn’t feel ideal as a solo female. There is a lot of dust from the construction site next door. There was some disruption from another guest who was mentally disturbed. The rooms are tiny, the AC switches itself off after 30-60 minutes and so the room gets very hot. There is close to no soundproofing so if you are a light sleeper there is a lot of disruption.
