“Pleasant hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Enjoyed the stay. But, wouldn't stay again. We faced many issues with the rooms that the staff needed to resolve. In my experience, it just makes a 4-star rating. The hotel needs investment in upgrades and maintenance to uphold a 4-star standard, as well as improvements to the quality of its amenities and facilities, which are well below a 4-star standard.”
